Hey all

Hey all!
Sup?!!!  Sorry I have been in communicado for a while.  I have finally graduated from law school and taken the Virginia Bar Exam.  I have not talked a lot about myself on the blog, since the Blog’s purpose is to glorify Christ by promoting the Coffee House.  However, I really want to give God the praise for helping me get through my education.  Let me tell you, even when you think you are all alone, GOD IS GOOD!  Oh, yeah – and He is always there!

Last Coffee House ROCKED!  Eddie & Mary Day jammed out the ‘House.  The did an awesome couple of sets of music.  Eddie always excites us because not only is he a great guitar player, but he is a great minister.  His testimony is extraordinary as is is spirit.  I gotta share a statement he made about God.  He had a prophecy from someone that stated, “God’s got your back, because you’ve got His heart.”  What an awesome statement!  BE SURE TO VISIT NEXT TIME EDDIE AND MARY ARE IN TOWN!

Emily Ratliff did a solo set that was fantastic!  I think my favorite song is “New Day.”  She did “Jesus Take the Wheel” and several others.  Great job, EM!  The HG House band took the week off…we were missing our drummer (actually drummers), no rhythm guitar player – (WE MISSED ALL YOU GUYS!), yadda, yadda, yadda  ;)  

Okay…guess that’s it!  NEXT TIME…August 19th – join us for a “Back to School Party” with Morgann McClanahan (all the way from Nashville!), HG House Band, and Comedy.
